Production Process

Layout:

A technique that composes text and pictures in accordance with design requirements. The Company adopted the mainstream software, such as Illustrator, Corel draw, Freehand, Preps, QarXkess and so on.

Cutter:

We have two advanced categories: roll paper cutter and knives paper cutter. The roll paper cutter is consisted of two parts: the longitudinal body formed of upper and lower knives and the cross-section body formed of long knife and fixed bed knife. In this way, the paper will be cut even more accurate, delicate and no edges.

Printing:

To print the image and non-image on the same plane, the principle that water and ink are incompatible with each other is applied here. The graphic part accepts ink and not water, whereas the non-graphic part is the opposite. The printing process is by the indirect way. Firstly, the image is printed on the rubber roller which makes the image appear upside down. Then the image is transferred from the roller to paper. We adopt only the environmentally friendly inks and the most welcomed offset printing. We have various units of high-speed automatic printers with the difference of monochrome, four-colored, five-colored and six-colored types. Production is up to 50 million per day.

Glazing:

Glazing is a kind of liquid for coating on the surface of the print to increase gloss, wear resistance and water proof. Vanish includes water-based varnish, oil varnish, UV varnish and alcohol varnish categories. At present, the water-based varnish is used the most by us, for its environmental friendly feature.

Post Box:

It is for partial or entire cladding the white and gray board, mounting the corrugated paper…etc. It is also used for increasing the harness, the formation, the pressure and breaking level.

Rolling box:

Paper forming is an important part of processing work after finishing printing the packaging paper. The company has a set of efficient, safe and high-quality automatic platen die-cutting machine.

Stamping:

It is also called “stamping”, a printing decoration techniques. The pattern is clear, beautiful, vibrant, wear-resisting, and weather-resisting. To apply stamping on a plane design, the theme will be high lightened, especially for trademarks and registered names.

The paste:

Auxiliary process is one of carton production, mainly for cutting synthetic paste paper tray finished the course, complete a craft glue.

QC:

The full implementation of quality management company, has a mature quality management project, to ensure that product to the customer are immaculate, and the management system certification by SGS.

Shipping:

The transport company has a strong team and high hedge, efficient, fast, with exports amounting to 60 million sets.
